Office Manager and Managing Director of the four corporations that make up The Institute for Aesthetic Surgery.  Cecilia has been the guiding light in the administration of the practice since the beginning.  Patients love her for her kindness and compassion.  She knows just how you feel and how to get you to relax.  Administration is her job but handholding is her specialty!  Speaks English, Spanish, some French and Italian.

Patient Coordinator.  Michele is your contact for initial consultations and to answer your pre-consult questions.  With ten years experience in the job, she knows your concerns before you ask.  She is your office advocate for all your pre-consult needs and will be there for you after the consult to sort out the decision of whether surgery is for you or not.  Let her help you with all decisions related to surgery or fillers, and, to arrange transportation and housing for those coming from out of town.  Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian.

Medical Secretary and Spa Director.  Yorleny is a whiz on the computer!  Once you have committed to a procedure, she will guide you through the preparation needed, obtain your lab tests, issue your prescriptions, schedule your preop physical (and postop visits), and prepare your records and you for the Operating Room.  Yorleny is also a fully trained cosmetologist and skin care coordinator who directs the administration of The Spa.  Speaks English, Spanish and a little Portuguese.

Medical Aesthetician at The Spa.  Quiet and unassuming, Danielle is loved by all of her clients and patients for her caring attitude and gentle touch.  She is an expert in the reversal of skin aging and in the preparation of the skin for surgery, LASER resurfacing and peels.  Postop she will guide you in the maintenance of your new look so as to retain the benefits of your procedure for as long as possible.  With questions concerning skin care, Danielle is your source for answers.

A true artist, Pat does dermapigmentation for our clients and patients here at The Institute.  There are many who do permanent make-up but NONE who compare with the beauty and naturalness of Pat’s work.  She is a living testament to her abilities as you see her own permanent make-up including brows, eyeliner, eyeshadow, lips and lip liner – and even blush!

Ultrasound Technologist.  An essential element for the diagnosis and treatment of varicose vein disease with Sotradecol Sclerotherapy is a really, really good ultrasound technologist to map the diseased veins and to assist in guiding the physician to the desired target.  With many years experience, Deborah is a much-sought-after professional and we are delighted to have her as part of our team.

Manager, IAS Surgery Center.  With ten years experience, his job is to provide you a surgical experience second to none and at the same time oversee the entire operation of the Surgery Center.  Tony also acts as OR surgical tech and first surgical assist to several of the Plastic Surgeons who use the Surgery Center.  By the time you finish laughing at his constant stream of jokes and funny stories, your surgery will be over and you will be on the way home!   Speaks English and Spanish in any accent you may want to hear!

Circulating Nurse.  Acting primarily as the Surgery Center’s senior circulating nurse, Janice also has many years experience as an OR scrub nurse and first surgical assist.  This experience makes her invaluable to our patients as she is able to allay their pre-surgical jitters with her calm demeanor and extensive knowledge of plastic surgery procedures.  Your safety is her primary concern.

Recovery Nurse.  Sweet and warm as a mother’s embrace, Glenora is just what you want as you awaken from your anesthesia.  She will watch over you with a critical eye as she monitors your vital signs making sure that all is well.  Glenora just exudes good feelings.

Our Other Cecilia! Retired RN, she is the director of Robilia Corporation which provides care for most of our postoperative patients who elect to stay in The Institute for Aesthetic Surgery Hospitality Suite. With over 20 years experience working with our patients, Cecilia and her staff of RN's, LPN's, PCT's, and Sitters are indispensable and will make your recovery a joy instead of a pain. Fluent in English and Spanish.
