(Varicose Vein Treatment) – with a 95% cure rate, Sclerotherapy with Sotradechol (not hypertonic saline) is the standard for all varicose vein treatments.  Surgical vein stripping is rarely used now.  No other vein treatment, including LASER, comes close to the cure rate of Sclerotherapy.
