Dear Dr. Rusca & Staff,

On May 6, 2008, our son, BB, had surgery by Dr. Rusca for Poland's Syndrome. He is now finished with his follow-up visits and I just want to take a minute to say how very grateful and thankful we are. You cannot know how much you have changed his life and his personality. It has corrected his posture and given him more self confidence than we could have ever imagined. The first time he took off his shirt in public and went swimming, I cried. Mrs. Rusca and all your staff have always been so helpful and kind to us with any questions we have had. You truly have a gift from God and we will be forever grateful to all of you. God Bless you as you continue your work to change the lives of all you touch.

Dear Dr. Rusca,

Tomorrow I will be 63 years old, and I suddenly find myself getting friendly looks and smiles from 25-year old girls.  Flattering as that is, the real benefit from the face and eye surgery that you so masterfully did is what it has done for me psychologically.  I have always enjoyed good health, but when I entered my sixties, I began to think of myself as an old man, no longer planning or thinking of my life and my career as I did twenty or thirty years ago.

Today, when I look in the mirror, I see the man that is the real me.  I see a man in the most productive years of his life.  A man still ascending.

In all fairness, I must also tell you about the down side.  I can no longer ask for the senior citizens discounts because no one will believe me.

Dear Dr. Rusca,

It’s been two years since I had a face lift, eye lids and chemical peel around the mouth.  I want to say thanks again for making my surgical experience as pain free as possible.  I did not experience any pain, therefore, I did not take any medication for pain.  However, I did experience some swelling and bruising, but, by following the instructions given by your personnel, I followed very closely and the healing went as expected!

Dear Dr. Rusca,

I just wanted to write and let you know how very pleased I still am with my face.  I am certain that it is actually looking better as time goes on.

My skin, also, is just about flawless since the blue peels.  When I can, I would like to come and have the little broken veins treated.  But for now at least they make me look human.

D is also looking great.  He has decided to het his hair be gray, but it looks good.

I hope to be in soon for a facial and to talk about laser treatments or whatever for my face.  Please say hello to you staff.  I am looking forward to seeing you all and your new facility.
